A factory does not make one thing by hand and then start again from nothing. It builds a production line, and the line makes the thing repeatedly, to a standard, at speed. Every improvement to the line improves everything the line makes after it.That is what Zedtronix is. Not an agency that takes on AI projects — a production line that manufactures AI systems. Agents, automations, search visibility engines and digital platforms, assembled from components we have already built, tested and shipped, in weeks rather than quarters.
The word is deliberate, and it does not mean a data center. We are describing a way of working: industrialized delivery applied to software and marketing systems that most of this industry still builds by hand, one bespoke project at a time, starting from zero each morning.

Zedtronix was founded in October 2025 in Karachi — and built as an AI Factory from the first day rather than retrofitted into one later.That timing is not an accident, and it is our advantage rather than our disadvantage. We had no decade of legacy process to unlearn, no billable-hours model to protect, and no existing delivery method that AI threatened. We designed the way we work around what these tools can actually do — which is why our timelines and our cost structure look different from firms that have been retrofitting AI onto a twenty-year-old process.

Zedtronix is part of Anthropic's Claude for Startups programme. In practice that means we build directly on frontier AI infrastructure rather than reselling somebody else's layer on top of it.It also means access — to the technical sessions, the early releases, and a community of founders solving the same problems we are. AI is moving too quickly for any company to work it out alone, and we would rather learn from the people building at the front of it than read about it six months late. That access is what makes an actual production line possible instead of a stack of one-off experiments.

2 · Blueprint — the system is specified and approved with defined success measures before anything is built.
3 · Assembly — we assemble from proven components and build custom only where your problem is genuinely specific.
4 · Hardening — performance, security, accessibility and edge cases, against the same checklist every time.
5 · Handover — documentation, admin access and a trained team. If the system needs us permanently to function, we built it wrong.

The people behind it
Zedtronix was founded by Syed Tabish Hasan — a chartered accountant who spent sixteen years in finance and business development across Riyadh and Karachi before building this company.
